Oppo Reno 10x Zoom Edition and Oppo Reno launched in India, starting at Rs. 32990

After one and half month of the official launch in China, Oppo has launched Oppo Reno 10x Zoom Edition and Oppo Reno in India with price starting at Rs. 32990. Oppo Reno will be available in Jet Black & Ocean Green colour options at a price of Rs. 32990, available from Amazon India from June 7th.

The higher or the flagship variant i.e. Oppo Reno 10x  zoom edition will be available in Jet Black & Ocean Green colour options. It is priced at Rs. 39,990 for the 6GB RAM / 128GB ROM variant and will be available on Flipkart. The 8GB RAM/ 256GB ROM variant is priced at Rs. 49,990 which will be available from June 7th.

Oppo Reno 10x Zoom Edition and Oppo Reno launched in China

The Oppo Reno 10x Zoom Edition and Oppo Reno have been launched in China. We did report that a mid-range variant exists, and it is true.

Oppo Reno 10x Zoom Edition

The Reno 10x is equipped with a 6,6-inch Full HD+ notchless AMOLED display and has an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor. The regular variant sports a similar 6.4-inch screen.

Both devices will be available in 6GB/8GB RAM variants with 128GB/256GB of storage and run on Color OS 6, which is based on Android 9 Pie. The Reno phones feature a Shark Fin pop-up selfie camera with a 16MP lens.

The Reno basic version boasts dual rear cameras with a 48MP Sony IMX 586 sensor with f/1.7 aperture and a 5MP Depth Sensor. The Oppo Reno 10x Zoom Edition has triple rear cameras with a 48MP Sony IMX 586 sensor f/1.7 aperture, a 13MP Telephoto lens and an 8MP ultra wide-angle lens. The cameras support Dual OIS and 10x optical zoom.

The Reno houses a 3,675 mAh battery, while the Reno 10x has a 4,065 mAh battery. Both models support VOOC 3.0 Fast Charging.

  • 6GB RAM/128GB storage – RMB 3,999 (About Rs. 42,000 or $595)
  • 6GB RAM/256GB storage – RMB 4,499 (About Rs. 46,000 or $670)
  • 8GB RAM/256GB storage – RMB 4,799 (About Rs. 50,000 or $714)

Oppo Reno Price in China

The Reno basic variant has been priced as follows.

  • 6GB RAM/128GB storage – RMB 2,999 (About Rs. 31,000 or $447)
  • 6GB RAM/256GB storage – RMB 3,299 (About Rs. 34,000 or $491)
  • 8GB RAM/256GB storage – RMB 3,599 (About Rs. 37,000 or $536)

The Reno phones will be available in Extreme Night Black, Fog Sea Green, Mist Powder and Nebula Purple colours and can be purchased from April 19th in China. The Reno phones will be announced globally in Zurich, on April 24th.
