Huawei Nova 3 India launch date confirmed for 26th July

The Huawei Nova 3 India launch date has officially been confirmed by the company via a couple of official tweets. And in case you weren’t aware. This will be the first Nova device to hit our shores.

And thanks to a plethora of leaks, we already know the technical specifications of the phone. Don’t let the Nova branding fool you, the Nova 3 is actually a flagship device.

The Huawei Nova 3 India version if similar to the Chinese variant, will be equipped with a 6.3-inch FullHD+ display, with a 2340 x 1080 pixels resolution, and a 19:5:9 aspect ratio. The display has a notch design, a trend which many phones have been following this year. An octa-core Kirin 970 processor powers the device with GPU Turbo and 6GB of RAM. The storage capacity of the device is 128GB, and it does have an expandable memory card slot which supports up to 256GB microSD cards. The device runs on Android Oreo 8.1 with EMUI on top.

The highlight of the device is the fact that it sports 4 cameras, the dual selfie lenses are 24MP and 2MP, while the dual rear cameras comprise of a 24MP sensor accompanied by a 16MP snapper. A 3650mAh battery backs the device. The phone will be available in 5 colours: Cyan, Black, Red, Yellow, and Blue. If priced correctly the Huawei Nova 3 India version could sell like hot cakes.

The Huawei Nova 3 India launch date is set for 26th July. And it is just 8 days away from the making its debut in its home turf. Considering that the company is planning a very quick launch in India, we think it is pretty good.

It is unclear whether the Huawei Nova 3i, which is a slightly lower-end version of the Nova 3, will be launched in India. Huawei could also bring the Talkband 5 smart wearable to the Country, though there is no official indication about the same.
