ColorOS 17 Stable Rollout Starts October 8: Full Device Schedule

OPPO has published its ColorOS 17 stable rollout schedule, and the first phones start receiving it on October 8. The plan covers OPPO, OnePlus, and realme devices in China, running in batches through the rest of 2026 and into the first quarter of 2027. India and other global markets still have no confirmed dates.

The rollout batches, as OPPO has scheduled them

OPPO says these are push start dates, not full-rollout dates, and they can still change. The first three batches:

  • October 8: Find N6, Find N6 (satellite), Find X9 Ultra (+satellite), Find X9s Pro, Find X9 Pro (+satellite), Find X9, OnePlus 15, OnePlus 15T, realme GT8 Pro (+Aston Martin F1 edition)
  • October 16: Find N5 (+satellite), Find X8 Ultra (+satellite), Find X8s+, Find X8s, Find X8 Pro (+satellite), Find X8, OPPO Pad 5 Pro, Pad Mini (+soft-light edition), OnePlus 13, OnePlus 13T, OnePlus Pad 3 Pro, realme GT7 Pro (+racing edition), GT8, Neo8
  • October 20-30: OnePlus Ace 6 series and watches, Reno16 series, OPPO Watch X2

November brings the Find N3, Find X7, Reno15, K15, several Pad models, the OnePlus 12 and Ace 5, and the realme GT5 through GT7. Older flagships and mid-range phones follow in December. The Find N2 series is scheduled last, in the first quarter of 2027.

Where India and other global markets stand

Every device name on that schedule is a China-market SKU. OPPO has not published a global or India stable-rollout calendar to go with it. What India does have is a closed beta already running on the Find X9 Pro, Reno 15 Pro, Reno 15 Pro Mini, OnePlus 15, OnePlus 15R, and realme GT 8 Pro. That confirms which phones are getting ColorOS 17 first outside China, but not when. Until OPPO, OnePlus, or realme’s India or global teams publish their own schedule, there’s no reliable date to give beyond “after the China batches” for any of these models. We covered that beta roster in detail in our ColorOS 17 beta eligible devices list.

What ColorOS 17 changes

ColorOS 17 is OPPO’s first release to run as a single unified OS across OPPO, OnePlus, and realme, following OnePlus’s confirmation that OxygenOS is being folded into ColorOS. OPPO says the update reaches more than 130 device models in total, across all three brands, and that ColorOS now has over 770 million active users globally.

Bottom line

If your phone is on the October 8 or October 16 China list, the update is close. If you’re in India or another global market and your device is on OPPO’s beta roster, you have confirmation it’s coming, but no date to plan around yet. Anything from OPPO, OnePlus, or realme not named in any list so far should not expect ColorOS 17 in this initial wave at all.
