Samsung Galaxy A52 & Galaxy A72 India prices leaked; and they seem overpriced

Samsung is set to launch its next A-series phones on March 17th. But that hasn’t stopped the Samsung Galaxy A52 & Galaxy A72 India prices from getting leaked. And the devices seem overpriced considering the competition.

Samsung Galaxy A52 & Galaxy A72 India prices leakedThe Samsung Galaxy A52 is equipped with a 6.5-inch AMOLED display that has a 90Hz refresh rate, and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor. A 5G variant of the phone is said to feature a Snapdragon 750G processor and a screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, though this model may not be launched in India. The device runs on Android 11 with OneUI 3.1.

The Galaxy A52 has quad cameras comprising a 64MP lens, a 12MP ultra-wide angle screen, a 5MP macro lens and a 5MP depth sensor. The phone is rated IP67 for water and dust resistance. The phone comes in 2 variants: 6GB/128GB and 8GB/128GB, and have the model numbers SM-A525FG AND SM-A525FH respectively.

The Samsung Galaxy A72 has a 6.7-inch display with Full HD+ resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, and 256GB storage. The device is backed by a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 25W Fast Charging. And like the A52, the Galaxy A72 too boasts quad cameras, though it skips the depth sensor for an 8MP telephoto lens, while the macro lens is a 2MP sensor. The selfie camera on the phone is a 32MP sensor with an f/2.2 aperture.

Samsung Galaxy A52 & Galaxy A72 India prices leaked

MySmartPrice quoting inside sources says that the Samsung Galaxy A52 India price starts at Rs. 26,499 for the 6GB version, while the 8GB model costs Rs. 27,999. The Samsung Galaxy A72 India price starts at Rs. 34,999 for the 8GB/128GB version, while the 256GB model will cost Rs. 37,999.

In comparison, you could get a Redmi Note 10 Pro which has a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz Refresh Rate and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G processor for Rs. 15,999.
