Poco M3 with Snapdragon 662, 6000mAh battery launched in Europe

The Poco M3 has just been launched in Europe. The mid-ranger is the successor to the popular Poco M2.

The M3 sports a 6.53-inches LCD Full HD+ display with a water-drop notch to house the 8MP selfie camera that has an f/2.05 aperture. The display has a 90% screen-to-body ratio, 1500:1 Contrast ratio, 70% NTSC Colour Gamut, 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 395 PPI, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The device runs on MIUI 12 based on Android 10 and has the Poco launcher.

The Poco M3 is powered by a 2.0GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor with an Adreno 610 GPU, 4GB of RAM. The handset has 64GB/128GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage and has a dedicated microSD card slot that supports up to 512GB of additional memory.

The device is backed by a 6,000 mAh battery that charges over a USB Type-C port and supports 18W Fast Charging. Oddly, it comes with a 22.5W fast charger in the box. The Poco M3 is equipped with triple cameras on the back inside a vertical bump. The camera set-up comprises a 2MP Macro lens with 4cm focus, an f/2.4 aperture, a 48MP primary lens with an f/1.79 aperture, a 2MP Depth Sensor, with an f/2.4 aperture and an LED Flash.

The Poco M3 has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, dual speakers and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The device has a textured back panel with a dual-tone finish.
