The Poco M3 has been launched in India. If you can recall, the device was announced in Europe about 2 months ago. It is sort of similar to the Redmi 9 Power that debuted in India recently.
The Poco M3 is equipped with a 6.53-inches LCD Full HD+ display, with 60Hz refresh rate. The screen has a water-drop notch for the 8MP selfie camera with an f/2.05 lens. The phone has a 90% screen-to-body ratio, 1500:1 Contrast ratio, 70% NTSC Colour Gamut, 19.5:9 aspect ratio, a pixel density of 395ppi. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3, and comes with a pre-applied screen protector.
Sadly the Poco M3 runs on Android 10, with MIUI 12 on top. The phone is powered by a 2.0GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor and an Adreno 610 GPU. It has 6GB of LPDD4x RAM, and 64GB UFS 2.1 and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. In addition to this, the Poco M3 has a dedicated microSD card slot that supports up to 512GB of expandable storage.
The main camera setup on the Poco M3 consists of a 2MP Macro lens with 4cm focus, 1.75μm pixel size, f/2.4 aperture, FF, a 48MP primary lens with an f/1.79 aperture, 0.8μm pixel size, 1.6μm 4-in-1 Super Pixel, 1/2″ Sensor size, 2MP Depth Sensor, 1.75μm pixel size, f/2.4 aperture, FF and an LED Flash.
A side-mounted fingerprint scanner is present on the right edge of the device’s frame for biometric authentication. The Poco M3 has Stereo Speakers and a 3.5mm headphone jack. In terms of connectivity. the phone supports Dual SIM cards that is part of a triple card tray, other options include 4G VoLTE, Dual-band 2.4GHz/5GHz Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/ A-GPS / GLONASS / Beidou / Galileo, etc. It also retains the IR blaster.
The Poco M3 is backed by a 6,000 mAh battery that charges over a USB type-C port, and supports 18W fast charging. The 18W charger is included in the box.

The Poco M3 price in India starts at Rs. 10,999 for the 6GB/64GB version, while the 6GB/128GB model costs Rs. 11,999.
The Poco M3 will be available in 3 colours: Cool Blue, Poco Yellow and Power Black. The phone will go on sale at 12PM on 9th February, at Flipkart.
