According to a new report, there will be 3 new Reno phones; the Reno 2, Reno 2Z and the Reno 2F.
Oppo Reno 2 specs
This is supposedly the high-end phone of the three, and is said to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G processor. The Reno 2 will sport a 6.55-inch AMOLED display which has a notch-less and bezel-less design with a 20:9 aspect ratio, resulting in a 93.1% screen-to-body ratio and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 6 (and Gorilla Glass 5 on the back). The phone has an in-display fingerprint scanner, and runs ColorOS 6.0.1 based on Android 9.0 Pie.
The Reno 2 features a sharkfin pop-up selfie camera with a 16MP lens, and a quad camera setup on the rear panel comprising a 48MP primary camera with a Sony IMX586 sensor and an f/1.7 aperture, an 8MP ultrawide-angle lens with 116° FOV, a 13MP telephoto lens with 5x hybrid zoom, and a 2MP depth sensor. The device will be backed by a 4000mAh battery that supports VOOC 3.0 Fast Charging.
Oppo Reno 2Z specs
The Reno 2Z will be equipped with a 6.53-inch Full HD+ AMOLED screen with an in-display fingerprint scanner and protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The device is powered by a MediaTek Helio P90 processor with 8GB of RAM and 256GB ROM. In the camera department, the Reno 2Z skips the telephoto lens in favour of two 2MP portrati mode cameras, while the other lenses and specs remain the same. The selfie lens is a standard pop-up camera (instead of sharkfin).
Oppo Reno 2F
The Reno 2F specs aren’t known at the moment, except that it will feature a Samsung ISOCELL Bright GM1 48MP primary camera.
