iQOO has unveiled its latest gaming phones in China. These are the iQOO 5 5G and iQOO 5 Pro.
The devices are powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 octa-core processor with an Adreno 650 GPU, and run on IQOO UI 1.5 based on Android 10
The phones are equipped with a 6.56 inches AMOLED Full HD+ display with a 19.8:9 aspect ratio, 92.6% screen-to-body ratio, 103% NTSC Colour Gamut, HDR10+, 6000000:1 Contrast Ratio and an in-display fingerprint scanner. The punch-hole camera on the front is a 16MP selfie lens with an f/2.45 aperture, and supports face unlock.
The IQOO 5 5G has 8GB/12GB of RAM, and 128GB/256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The phone is backed by a 4500mAh battery that supports 55W Fast Charging over a USB Type-C port. The main camera on the rear consists of a 50MP primary sensor with an f/1.85 aperture that supports Electronic Image Stabilization, a 13MP ultra wide-angle lens, with an f/2.2 aperture, a 13MP portrait camera with an f/2.46 aperture, and an LED Flash.

iQOO 5 5g price
The iQOO 5 5G price in China starts at RMB 3998 (about Rs. 43,000) for the 8GB+128GB version, while the 12GB+128GB model costs RMB 4298 (about Rs. 46,000). The top-end variant of the phone with 12GB+256GB will retail for RMB 4598 (about Rs. 50,000)
iQOO 5 Pro
The iQOO 5 Pro has the same display, processor, selfie camera as the regular variant. The battery capacity is slightly lesser at 4000mAh, but the iQOO 5 Pro supports 120W fast charging. While the main camera and wide-angle lens remain the same as the normal version, the Pro version’s third lens isn’t a portrait camera. Instead, it has an 8MP periscope camera with an f/3.4 aperture, which supports 5x optical zoom 60x super zoom. The Pro version also supports Optical Image Stabilization, in addition to EIS. It only comes with 256GB of storage.

The iQOO 5 Pro has been priced at RMB 4998 (about Rs. 54,000) for the 8GB RAM variant, while the 12GB version costs RMB 5498 (about Rs. 60,000) in China. IQOO India has been teasing the launch of an upcoming phone, and it is expected to be the iQOO 5.
