Huawei Mate 30 Pro key specs leaked

Some key Huawei Mate 30 Pro specs have been leaked ahead of the device’s launch. Here’s what they tell us.

The Mate 30 will be powered with a HiSilicon Kirin 990 processor with an NPU (Neural Processing Unit). The phone is backed by a 4500 mAh battery which supports 40W fast charging (wired) and 27W wireless fast charging. In comparison, the Huawei Mate 30 has a 4200 mAh battery.

In the optics department, the phone has quad cameras. Two of these are 40 MP lenses, while the third is an 8MP telephoto lens, and there is a 3D depth sensor camera as well. The cameras will support ultra-high definition night photography. They are also capable of ultra-high speed photography with 7680 frames. The Mate 30 specs sheet reveals that the device runs on EMUI 10, based on Android 10.

The rest of the specs remain unclear, but the new leak from Weibo, does tally with what we have heard and seen in the past. The Huawei Mate 30 Pro, Mate 30 and Mate 30 RS Porsche Design will be launched in China on September 19th.
