More Huawei Mate 20 case renders leak, confirm what we already know

As you know, Huawei is set to launch two new flagship devices i.e. Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro next week i.e. on 16th October in London, powered by upcoming 7nm Kirin 980 processor. we have already seen the alleged press renders of Huawei Mate 20 & Mate 20 Pro revealing the waterdrop or teardrop display for Mate 20 while the Mate 20 Pro features the usual wider notch. Just yesterday, we reported on some new Exclusive Cases for these two devices ahead of official launch confirming that the Pro variant features an In-display fingerprint sensor while the standard variant comes with the usual fingerprint sensor on the rear panel.

Mate 20 caseToday some new images of silicon case of Mate 20 have surfaced which confirm the things that we already know about the device i.e. the three rear cameras arranged in rectangular array shape along with fingerprint sensor below the camera module on the rear. The case rendering also confirms the 3.5mm audio jack slot for Mate 20 as indicated by previous leaks while the Pro variant is rumoured to ditch the audio jack.

Mate 20 Rumoured Specs:

Based on rumours till date, Huawei Mate 20 features a 6.53-inch TFT LCD FHD+ display with a screen resolution of 2244 x 1080 pixels, and a water-drop notch display design. The phone is powered by an octa-core Kirin 980 processor and has a fingerprint scanner on the rear. It is backed by a 4,000 mAh battery.

TENAA listing suggests the following variants for the standard variant in terms of RAM + ROM combinations:

  • 4GB RAM+128GB ROM,4GB RAM+64GB ROM,4GB RAM+256GB ROM,6GB RAM+128GB ROM;6GB RAM+256GB ROM,6GB RAM+512GB ROM,8GB RAM+128GB ROM,8GB RAM+256GB ROM,8GB RAM+512GB ROM
