The Realme XT November update has been released in India, a week after the Realme 2 Pro was updated. The ColorOS 6 version number of the XT’s firmware has been bumped from RMX1921EX_11_A.11 to RMX1921EX_11.A.12.

The update brings the November Android Security Patch for the device. The OTA adds a new feature for the selfie camera, nightscape mode.

The company has bundled in a few optimizations for the camera including improved photo clarity in WhatsApp, wide-angle video recording, reduced noise in low light environments.

The camera app should no longer crash when switching to the 64MP photo mode. The clarity of the 64MP shots has been improved as well. The in-display fingerprint scanner’s recognition has been improved. Issues related to partial display, and VoWiFi have also been resolved in the Realme XT November update.

The Realme XT November update is currently being seeded to users, and should be available to everyone soon. If you can’t wait for it, the full firmware weighs about 2.84GB to download, and is available from the official website.

The Android 10 update for Realme XT will be released in Q1, 2020. We will keep you updated when the beta program for it is open for registration.
