Samsung Galaxy Note 4 officially announced, will be available in stores from October 10th

After a lot of speculation and leaks, Samsung has officially unveiled their latest flagship phablet, the Note 4, at the UNPACKED 2014 Episode 2 event, at the IFA 2014 trade show in Berlin.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4The Note 4 sports a massive 5.7-inch Quad HD (2560×1440) Super AMOLED display, and will run on Android 4.4 LitKat out of the box.

It will be available in two variants, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 variant which is powered by a Quad-core 2.7 GHz Krait 450, and an Exynos 5433 Octa Core version which will be powered by a Quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A53 & 1.9GHz quad-core Cortex-A57 processors. The SD variant’s graphics will be handled by an Adreno 420 GPU, while the Exynos variant will use a Mali-T760.

It will have 3 GB of RAM, and 32 GB of internal storage, and supports upto 64 GB of expandable storage. The Note 4 features a 16 Megapixel shooter on it’s rear, and a 3.7 Megapixel lens on it’s front. The S Pen has several new features, and the phone also comes with a slew of Samsung proprietary features such as Multiwindow, S Health, Download Booster, etc.

It packs a 3,220mAh Lithium Ion battery which supports Adaptive Fast Charging & Quick Charge.
