The OPPO A53 India launch date has been set for August 25th. The phone has already been announced in Indonesia, so here’s everything you need to know about it
The device runs on ColorOS 7.2 which is based on Android 10 and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 processor with an Adreno 610 GPU and 4GB of RAM. It has 64GB of storage, and a microSD card that supports up to 256GB of expandable memory. The A53 2020 sports a 6.5-inches HD+ display with a resolution of 1600 x 7200 pixels, 20:9 aspect ratio, 269 PPI and 90Hz Refresh Rate. It has a punch-hole cut out in the top left corner for the 16MP selfie lens with an f/2.0 aperture.
The main cameras on the OPPO A53 consists of triple lenses with a 13MP primary sensor, two 2MP cameras, and an LED FLash. The cameras support Electronic Image Stabilization, and 6x zoom. The OPPO A53 is backed by a 5000 mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging over a USB Type-C port. The handset has a fingerprint scanner on the back panel.

The Oppo A53 2020 is priced at IDR 2,499,000 in Indonesia, that’s about Rs. 13,000. It will be available in 2 colours: Electric Black and Fancy Blue. The phone will be released as a Flipkart exclusive.
