Moto X4 is official with Snapdragon 630, Dual Rear Camera, 3000 mAh Battery

Motorola has just unveield a new mid range smartphone Moto X4 at an event at IFA Berlin, which is the latest in reviving “Moto X” series from the company. Moto X4 features a 5.2-inch 1080p Full HD LTPS IPS display along with Corning Gorilla Glass protection, powered by 2.2 GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 630 Mobile Platform with Adreno 508 GPU. It comes in two variants of RAM + ROM combination i.e. 3GB + 32GB and 4GB RAM + 64GB, expandable up to 2 TB with microSD card.

Moto X4The phone runs on Android 7.1 (Nougat) based operating system. In terms of camera, it comes with a dual camera module at rear consisting of 12MP primary sensor with Dual Autofocus Pixel sensor, PDAF, f/2.0 aperture, 1.4um pixel size and another 8MP ultra-wide angle secondary camera, f/2.2 aperture, 1.12um pixel size, dual-tone LED flash along with 4K video recording support.

Moto X4 is backed by 3000mAh battery along with support for Turbo Charging. In terms of dimensions, it measures 148.35 x 73.4 x 7.99 mm and weighs 163 grams. It includes features such as Water and dust resistant (IP68), Fingerprint sensor and 3.5mm audio jack. The phone will be available in both Single / Dual SIM variant based on location. In terms of connectivity, it supports 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.0 LE, GPS, GLONASS, NFC and includes a USB Type-C port. It includes Amazon Alexa integrated into it out of the box.

Moto X4 will be available starting September in various countries in Europe for a price of €399, followed by other global markets including the U.S. later this fall.
