Moto G9 with 5000mAh battery, 48MP triple cameras launched for Rs. 11,499 in India

Motorola has announced the Moto G9 in India. Let’s see what the new mid-range phone looks like.

The Moto G9 is equipped with a 6.5-inches Max Vision HD+ IPS TFT LCD display with 269 PPI, an 20:9 Aspect Ratio. The screen has a water-drop notch to house the 8MP selfie camera with an f/2.2 aperture, 1.12 um Pixel Size, that supports Face Unlock.

The device runs on Android 10 with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 octa-core processor clocked at 2.0 GHz, with Kryo 260 cores at 950 MHz  and an Adreno 610 GPU.

The G9 has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, and supports up to 512GB of expandable storage via a microSD card slot that is part of a hybrid dual SIM tray. The phone is backed by a 5000mAh battery that supports 20W fast charging over a USB Type-C port. The Moto G9 features triple rear cameras comprising a 48MP primary sensor with an f/1.7 aperture, 1.6 µm Pixel Size, a 2MP Depth Sensor that has an f/2.4 aperture, 1.75 um Pixel Size, and a 2MP Macro Lens with an f/2.4 aperture, 1.75 um Pixel Size, and an LED flash. The Moto G9 has a rear-placed fingerprint scanner.

The Moto G9 has been priced at Rs. 11,499 in India. The first sale of the phone begins at 12 PM on August 31st on Flipkart. The device will be available in 2 colours: Sapphire Blue and Forest Green.
