Crescent Moon Games have released a new racing game, Redline Rush on Google Play.
The game was developed by DogByte Games.
Despite being a racing game, the game falls under the “Endless Racer ” or Endless Runner genre.
You need to avoid the traffic and the various obstacles while driving as far as possible and collecting coins, gems and powerups.
The controls couldn’t have been more simpler. You can touch the buttons on either side to move the car right or left. Thank god it doesn’t have the annoying tilt controls that most games do. It does however offer a second set of touch controls.
There are 16 cars available in the game, each with its own special features. Here is the first of 2 available cars which is available at the beginning of the game.
You can respray your car and choose custom Vinyls for it.
There are 3 powerups in the game:
- Magnets
- Nitro
- Score Multiplier
What the powerups do is fairly self-explanatory. And you can upgrade the powerups from the in-game shop to make them more effective.
The game also offers various boosts, similar to those which you may be familiar with from other runner games.
There are 3 tracks in the game. The two unlockable tracks offer more gems than the first track.
As you may have noticed, everything in the game costs in-game coins. you can either play and collect the coins for free or buy them from the in-game store. You can also get free coins using Tapjoy.
You can complete mission sets to level up and gain score multipliers, coin rewards.
You have to complete all three missions in a set. and you can skip the missions in the shop.
Redline Rush uses Scoreloop for Leaderboards and achievements.
