ASUS Zenfone Lite L1 with 5.45-inch Display, 3,000mAh battery launched for Rs. 5,999 in India

The ASUS Zenfone Lite L1 has been launched in India, along with the Zenfone Max M1. The devices are budget phones which will provide competition for Redmi phones.

ASUS Zenfone Lite L1

The Zenfone Lite L1 features a 5.45-inch IPS display which supports a HD+ resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels, and has an 82% screen to body ratio thanks to the 18:9 aspect ratio (and no notch). The device runs on ZenUI 5 based on Android Oreo, and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor, with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage.

There is a triple card slot in the Zenfone Lite L1, which has a dedicated microSD card slot that supports up to 256GB of expandable storage, and allows you to use Dual SIM cards at the same time. The rear camera on the phone is a 13MP sensor, which has an LED Flash, an f/2.0 aperture and 1.12μm pixel size.

The selfie lens on the device is a 5MP camera with an LED Flash. The Zenfone Lite L1 is backed by a 3,000 mAh battery.

Since it is a budget phone, the ASUS Zenfone Lite L1 does not have a fingerprint scanner. But it does support Face Unlock.

ASUS Zenfone Lite L1 Price 

The ASUS Zenfone Lite L1 has been priced at Rs. 6,999. But as part of the company’s festive offer, the introductory price has been set at Rs. 5,999. The device will be available in Black and Gold colours.

ASUS Zenfone Lite L1 Cashback offers 

Jio is offering Rs. 2200 cashback and 50gb additional data with the devices. 

The Zenfone Lite can be optionally insured with Flipkart Complete Mobile Protection, which you can buy for Rs. 99 (normally Rs. 399). It provides non-warranty coverage such as Theft protection, Broken Screen Replacement, Liquid Damage, Doorstep pickup and Drop, Guaranteed Repair or Replacement, etc.

The phone will be available during the Flipkart Festive Dhamaka Days, which will start soon. ASUS says there will be some special bank offers during the sale.
