The ASUS Zenfone 3 could be heading to India in August. The 2016 flagship phone series, was launched at the Computex 2016 tech show, in China, exactly a month ago.
Earlier today, we spotted ASUS India, replying to queries about the Zenfone 3 India launch date, from Twitter users.
Though the company coyly replied that it will announce the date, when it was finalised, a reply to the Tweet caught out attention. A user named Ahmad Patel, tweeted a screenshot of his chat with ASUS India’s customer support. He had asked them about the Zenfone 3’s launch date, to which the customer service representative, told him that the ASUS Zenfone 3 will be launched on August 4th in India.
Looks like the agent spilled the beans a little earlier than the company had anticipated, but we have seen such rumors turning out to be true sometimes. So, just in case, take it with a grain of salt.
