Realme GT Neo 2 with Snapdragon 870 5G, 65W Fast Charging launched in India

Realme has announced a new flagship phone called the Realme GT Neo 2 in India. And as expected, it is identical to the device that was launched recently in China.

The GT Neo 2 sports a 6.62-inches Full HD+ E4 AMOLED display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. It is home to an in-display fingerprint scanner. The device runs on Android 11 with Realme UI 2.0, and is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 5G processor clocked at 3.2GHz, with an Adreno 650 GPU. The device has 8GB/12GB of RAM, and 128GB/256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The phone supports virtual RAM expansion feature, which you may enable to get up to 7GB of RAM by allocating the same amount of storage space.

Realme has included a 5000mAh in the handset, which supports 65W SuperDart Fast Charging over a USB Type-C port.
The main camera on the Realme GT Neo 2 is a 64MP sensor that has a 78.6° FOV, an f/1.8 aperture, an 8 megapixels ultra-wide angle lens with a 119° FOV, an f/2.3 aperture, a 2MP Macro Sensor with 4cm focus, an f/2.4 aperture, and an LED Flash. The selfie lens on the device is a 16MP sensor with a 78° FOV and an f/2.5 aperture.

The GT Neo 2 supports 5G and 4G VoLTE mobile networks, Wi-Fi 2.4/5 GHz Dual band, Wi-Fi 6, Wi-Fi 5, Wi-Fi 4 & IEEE802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, GPS / GLONSS / BEIDOU / GALILEO / QZSS / and Navic. The device has Dual Stereo Speakers and Dual Microphones with support for Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Audio. The phone’s dimensions are 162.9 x 75.8 x 8.96mm, and it weighs 200g.

Realme has priced the GT Neo 2 at Rs. 31,999 in India, for the 8GB/128GB model, while the 12GB/256GB version costs Rs. 35,999. The company is offering a discount of Rs. 7,000 for a limited time, as part of the Special festive price offer.

You can get the Realme GT Neo 2 8GB/128GB variant for Rs. 24,999, and the 12GB/256GB version at Rs. 28,999 respectively. The first sale of the phone will take place at 12 AM on October 17th, at Flipkart and Realme.com. The device will be available in 3 colourways: NEO Green, NEO Black, and NEO Blue.
