Motorola Edge+ with Snapdragon 865, 108MP camera launched in India

Motorola has just launched the Motorola Edge+ in India. The phone was announced last month in Europe.

Motorola Edge+ Design
The Edge Plus features a 6.7-inches Full HD+ Endless Edge Amoled display with a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera in the top left corner. The screen supports 90Hz refresh rate, 21:9 screen ratio, 93% screen to body ratio and HDR10+. The screen is equipped with an In-Display fingerprint scanner and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

The Motorola Edge+ runs on Android 10 with My UX, Edge Touch. The company has promised 2 years of OS upgrades. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.0 storage. The device is backed by a 5000 mAh battery which supports 18W TurboPower Charging over a USB Type-C port. The phone also supports 15W Wireless charging, 5W Wireless power sharing.

The optics department on the Motorola Edge+ comprises a 108MP main camera with an f/1.8 aperture, 0.8µm pixel size, 1/1.33″ sensor size, Optical image stabilization, a 16MP Ultra-wide angle sensor with an f/2.2 aperture, 1.0µm pixel size, FOV 117° that also supports Macro Vision and an 8MP Telephoto lens with an f/2.4 aperture, 1.0µm pixel size, 3x high-res optical zoom, that supports Optical image stabilization, Time of flight sensor. The selfie lens on the phone is an 25MP with an f/2.0 aperture, 0.9µm pixel size. The Moto Edge+ has a 3.5mm headphone jack, supports Wi-Fi 6.

Motorola Edge+ price in India

The Motorola Edge+ price in India has been set at Rs. 74,999. The phone will be available in 2 colours: Smoky Sangria, Thunder Grey.

The Moto Edge+ is available for pre-booking from today on Flipkart and leading offline stores. The device will go on sale from May 26th.

ICICI Bank Credit card users who buy the Motorola Edge+ can avail Rs. 7500 instant discount on EMI and non-EMI transactions made online or offline.
