Castle Doombad is a reverse tower defense game, where you have to prevent the heroes from rescuing the princess.
You play as the villainous Dr. Evilstein, who has to strategically place traps on the floor and eve on the ceiling, in his lair, to stop the armor clad goodie-goodie lads.
This sounds easy, but the game is actually quite challenging. The enemies can climb ladders in the lair, and even skip an entire floor by placing a ladder outside the lair. You will have an arsenal of traps and minions to assist you in your battle, both of which can be upgraded with in-game coins. Don’t worry the game has Archers and Superheroes too.
And in addition to the 45 levels, which are spread across three chapters. there is an Endless Mode, which can be unlocked by finishing the said levels.
Castle Doombad was originally launched as a premium game, (which still exists by the way), and is now available in a freemium format, aka ” “Free-to-Slay””.
