iQOO Z6 Pro 5G with Snapdragon 778G to launch on April 27th in India

The iQOO Z6 Pro 5G is set to be announced at the end of April in India. The Chinese OEM had launched the standard model only about a month ago.

The brand has put up a teaser page on Amazon, which touts it as a gaming phone. The website confirms that the iQOO Z6 Pro 5G will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor, with an Adreno 642L to handle the graphics. The company claims that the device scored over 550,000 points on AnTuTu benchmark.

Leaked specs of the mobile indicate that the iQOO Z6 Pro 5G will be equipped with an AMOLED display that supports 90Hz Refresh Rate, and 1300 nits brightness. The main camera on the device is reportedly a 64 megapixel lens, assisted by an 8MP ultra-wide angle sensor, and a macro camera. The phone will pack a large battery, that supports 66W FlashCharge (fast charging) over a USB Type-C port.

The smartphone will be announced on April 27th in India. A Tweet from the Vivo-owned company suggests that the device will be priced at around Rs. 25,000.
