iQOO has confirmed that the Neo 11 Ultra will be officially unveiled on August 18 in China at 7 PM local time, alongside the iQOO Z11S. The device marks a significant step up from the Neo 11, packing a massive 9,100mAh battery and a custom MediaTek chip. iQOO has since officially confirmed that the Neo 11 Ultra will be the first phone to ship with the Dimensity 9500M, a variant co-developed by iQOO and MediaTek, built on a 3nm process with an all-big-core CPU layout. Pre-bookings are now live for 1 CNY, with benefits valued at up to 2,508 CNY including complimentary Vivo TWS A5 earbuds and up to 12 interest-free installments.
Update (August 10): iQOO has pushed the Neo 11 Ultra launch to August 18, correcting earlier reports (including ours) that pointed to August 10. The battery capacity has also been confirmed at 9,100mAh typical, slightly larger than the ~9,000mAh previously reported. Pre-bookings with promotional benefits are now open.
Tipster Experience More shared images on Weibo revealing the Neo 11 Ultra in two colorways — “Riding the Wind” (a light blue with rainbow-like reflections) and “Chiguang White.” The rear panel features a horizontally-placed pill-shaped camera island at the top-left with two large circular lens cutouts and a separate LED flash to the right, rotating the camera module orientation from the Neo 11’s vertical layout.
iQOO Neo 11 Ultra Specifications: Confirmed and Rumored
A Geekbench listing for model number V2545A revealed the Neo 11 Ultra running a modified variant of the Dimensity 9500 with 16GB of RAM and Android 16. The customized chip reportedly features an 11-core Mali-G1 Ultra GPU rather than the standard 12-core configuration, suggesting iQOO has tuned the silicon for its own power and thermal targets.
The same device appeared on China’s 3C certification platform with 100W wired fast charging support, and model number V2573A was spotted on a label in one of the leaked images, also tied to the 100W charger listing.

The IP68 rating and metal frame also position it above typical “Neo” series phones, which have historically been value-oriented rather than premium. iQOO recently opened OriginOS 7 beta to several of its devices, signaling continued software investment across the lineup.
iQOO Z11S May Also Debut
Separately, the iQOO Z11S will launch alongside the Neo 11 Ultra on August 18 in China. The Z11S would be the fifth phone in the Z11 family, joining the Z11 Turbo, Z11, Z11x, and Z11i. A Geekbench listing for model V2603A points to a possible Dimensity 7500 chip with 12GB RAM, while 3C certification suggests 44W charging — but none of these specs are confirmed by iQOO. The China-market Z11S is a separate device from the iQOO Z11 launching in India on August 20.
iQOO’s August 18 event should confirm final pricing and availability for the Neo 11 Ultra in China. There is no word yet on whether the device will reach India or other markets.
