Apart from the teaser above, one more teaser released few hours ago, talks about the same date.

COOL1 is officially teased as a new smartphone with a dual camera setup, which is slowly getting a norm for all smartphone manufacturers. At the moment we have no more official information about the hardware specifications of the new phone, but as per earlier leaks  it sports a 5.5 inch 2K display, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 CPU with 4 GB of RAM with 64 GB internal storage. It comes with a rear dual camera setup with fingerprint sensor module and 3500 mAh battery.

We already have seen COOL1 smartphone images thanks to its TENAA listing, but without specifications. The TENAA image clearly show the COOL brand name along with dual camera setup at the back with fingerprint sensor. The front display appears same as LeEco other smartphones.
