The first smartphone from Coolpad and LeEco joint collaboration is expected to be launched soon, thanks to recent leaks and a TENAA listing. Thanks to TENAA listing that we reported yesterday, we know the name of the new brand will be COOL labelled on the back panel of the smartphone visible on TENAA images. Today, we have confirmation on the name of the new smartphone teased through an official teaser from the new brand COOL on Chinese social networking site Weibo.
The teaser says ” Hey, I’ m COOL1″ with a separate colors emphasizing the Cool1. The teaser also confirms presence of dual camera both through the teaser image and the description that comes with the image.
Description with the teaser which is in Chinese, when translated into English says:
Hey, I’m cool 1 finally got you! In this super cool moments, our first product named cool 1 eco–phone. The flagship true dual-camera, opens new eco–horizon, only willing to change yourself and the way to change the world.
At the moment, we do not have exact information about the hardware specifications of the smartphone, but earlier leaks suggests that it sports a 5.5 inch 2K display, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 CPU with 4 GB of RAM & 64 GB internal storage. It comes with a rear dual camera setup with fingerprint sensor module and 3500 mAh battery.
