We had covered the first release of Carbon for Twitter for Twitter earlier this week. It had some problems, well it was the initial release and the good developers have pushed an update for it already.
They have fixed a lot of bugs found in the previous version.
v1.1.5 has been submitted to Play Store, a dozen of bugs fixed, nasty notification bugs, repeating notifications, and many more fixed.

Here is a detailed list of the bugs that have been fixed.
Notification bug that crashed after tapping.
Notification bug that crashed app when Avatar couldn’t be loaded.
Retweeting, adding to Favorites, and Deleting tweets did not update Cache.
Direct Messages Delete bug wasn’t saving changes.
Long press bug on Messages.
Composition Screen Account Selector bug.
User Profile Bio: tapping on Mentions & Hashtags bug.
Timeline duplicated tweets on concurrent refreshes.
Compose bug that didn’t allow tweeting at 140 characters.
What’s been added in this version:
- Verified & Private badges
- Quick mentions on Compose Screen
The developer says the update has been published on Google Play, and it might take a while to show up for us. Let’s hope they will add a widget to the app soon.
And regarding support for Tablets, they say that they have filtered Tablets. So I guess it means that Carbon will now be incompatible with tablets, but in the off chance, it might work but with warnings.
