Just yesterday we reported that ASUS X008 aka Pegasus 3 passes got listed on TENAA And will be launched today i.e. 15th June. As scheduled, Asus launched the Pegasus 3 officially in China. It comes with metallic build and the company has launched two variants of the device i.e. 1st with 2 GB RAM + 16 GB storage and the other one with 3 GB RAM + 32 GB storage.
Asus Pegasus 3 features a 5.2 inch 720p HD 2.5D display powered by 1.3 GHz Quad-core CPU with two variants of RAM i.e. 2 GB and 3 GB of RAM.
It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow based operating system and comes with 16 GB / 32 GB of internal ROM / storage along with support for expandable storage via microsd card up to 32 GB.
Pegasus 3 sports a 13 MP main rear camera with LED flash with 1080p Full HD video support and 5 MP front shooter. It measures 149.5 × 73.7 × 8.55 (mm) which means it is 8.55 mm thick & weighs 158.4 grams. It is backed by a battery of 4100 mAh capacity which justifies the thickness of 8.55 mm. It comes with a fingerprint sensor with quick unlock.
It comes with support for 4G LTE with VOLTE. Pegasus 3 will be available in Ice cast silver, gray rock, rose gold and luxurious gold colors.
The lower variant of the Asus Pegasus smartphone i.e. with 2 GB RAM is priced at 1299 Yuan while the 3 GB RAM variant is priced at 1499 Yuan.
