ASUS X008 aka Zenfone Pegasus 3 passes TENAA, to be launched on 15th June

A new smartphone from ASUS has just passed on Chinese certification portal TENAA by the name of ASUS X008 which is basically the Zenfone “Pegasus 3”. ASUS has teased an image which suggests that it will be launched on June 15th which is just one day away. Check out the teaser image released by ASUS.

ASUS X008 Zenfone Peagus 3 launch

As per TENAA listing, ASUS X008 sports a 5.2 inch 720p HD display and is powered by 1.3 GHz Quad-core CPU with two variants of RAM i.e. 2 GB  and 3 GB of RAM.

It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow based operating system and comes with 16 GB / 32 GB of internal ROM / storage along with support for expandable storage via microsd card up to 32 GB.

ASUS X008 listing reveals 13 MP main rear camera with LED flash with 1080p Full HD video support and 5 MP front shooter.

The dimensions of the device are listed as 149.5 × 73.7 × 8.55 (mm)which means it is 8.55 mm thick & weighs 158.4 grams. It is backed by a battery of 4000 mAh capacity which justifies the thickness of 8.55 mm.

ASUS X008 will be available in Ice cast silver, gray rock, rose gold and luxurious gold colors.
