Gameloft have announced the official launch date for the Android version of Asphalt 8.
The 8th game in their hit racing franchise will be arriving next week.
The game was originally set to launch on August 8th, but it was postponed indefinitely for unknown reasons. Now we have an official launch date: August 22nd , i.e. the next Thursday.
And to celebrate the launch, they are giving away 21 copies of the game for iOS and Android devices. Plus, one lucky winner gets a pre-launch code for the iOS version. Are you listening Google? When do we get a code system for apps and games?

As a big fan of Asphalt series, I can hardly contain my excitement. The game should be priced at $0.99 and have the usual optional IAP system.
