Last week, Redmi began teasing the debut of a new phone in India. Today, the Redmi Note 11S launch date has been confirmed by the company.

The brand has confirmed that the phone will feature an AMOLED display. According to a previous leak, the Note 11S sports a 90Hz Display.

Thanks to official renders, we know that the Redmi Note 11S is equipped with a 108 megapixels primary camera that is part of a quad sensor array. From what we can tell, this does not appear to be a rebranded phone.

Rumour has it that the device could be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity processor, with 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage.  The smartphone could run MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11. Since there is no 5G in the moniker, it is expected to be a 4G mobile. The other lenses in the quad cameras set up consists of an 8 megapixels ultra-wide angle lens, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. The selfie lens on the front of the Note 11S, is a 13MP snapper.
