You must be aware that the final version of Android 12 is yet to be released by Google and Android 12 is the upcoming twelfth major release of Android. The first beta of Android 12 was released on May 18, 2021, and is still in the preview stage. Samsung One UI 4 is going to be the customized Skin UI by Samsung for their smartphones based on Android 12.
Samsung One UI 4 beta with Android 12 for Galaxy S21 Series announced in Korea
Samsung has officially launched the One UI 4 beta program for Galaxy S21 flagship devices in Korea. The announcement comes through the Samsung Members app/portal in Korea, asking beta testers to join the beta program. The announcement invites the Samsung Galaxy S21 / S21+ / S21 Ultra owners to experience the new Galaxy interface i.e. One UI 4 beta first, based on Android 12. The announcement also confirms that One UI 4 beta is scheduled to begin in September, though no specific date is mentioned.
Keep in mind that, at the moment Samsung One UI 4 beta with Android 12 for Galaxy S21 Series is only announced for users in Korea and is yet to commence. So if you own a Galaxy S21 Series and are enthusiastic enough to test a beta Android OS on your phone, you need to wait till Samsung decides to announce it in your local country.

Not all Samsung devices will be receiving the One UI 4.0 update and many smartphones/tablets may not receive this new One UI update based on Android 12. It means that One UI 3.1.1 based on Android 11 may be the last major upgrade for many of the Samsung devices.
