Last week, we reported about a few Gakaxy S21 and S21 Plus leaks. And now, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra press shots and specs have been leaked. Here’s what we know about the top end variant of the upcoming flagship phones.
The S21 Ultra sports a 6.8-inch WQHD+ LTPO display with a resolution of 3200 x 1440 pixels with an Infinity-O-Edge curved design. The Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen supports 120hz adaptive refresh rate,is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7, and is equipped with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner. The phone runs on One UI 3.1 based on Android 11m abd is powered by an octa-core Exynos 2100 processor (Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G in Korea and North America). The device has 12GB of RAM, with 128GB/256GB/512GB of internal storage.
The main camera is a 108MP Gen2 lens with an f/1.8 aperture and 79° FOV, it is accompanied by a 12MP Ultra-wide angle lens with an f/2.2 aperture and 120° FOV. The device has two 10MP Telephoto lens, with an f/2.4 aperture and f/4.9 aperture respectively. The first one has a 35° FOV while the other has a 10° FOV and pericope lens for 3x/10x hybrid optical zoom. The cameras support optical image stabilization, and are assisted by an LED Flash, Laser autofocus.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is backed by a 5,000 mAh battery that charges over a USB Type-C port, abd supports 45W Fast Charging. It appears that Samsung is following Apple’s trend, and the S21 Ultra does not ship with a charger in the box. The Galaxy S21 Ultra will be available in 2 colourways: Phantom Black and Phantom Silver.
