The Samsung Galaxy S20+ camera specs have been leaked just a day after the phone’s real-life photos surfaced.  And there are a few surprises here.

Samsung Galaxy S20+ Camera Specs Leaked

XDA‘s article mentions that the phone has triple cameras and that the primary camera is a 12MP lens with a Sony IMX 555 sensor, 1.8μm pixel size. This interestingly, is a sensor that has never been used until now. The secondary camera is a 64MP Samsung ISOCell S5KGW2 sensor, but the report is unclear about what this lens is for.

The third sensor is a Samsung ISOCell S5K2LA which could be a telephoto lens, with 3X optical zoom and 30X digital zoom. The Samsung Galaxy S20+ camera specs confirms that the selfie lens on the phone is a 10MP camera with a Sony IMX 374 sensor. Surprisingly, this happens to be the same camera as the one on the Galaxy S10 and the Galaxy Note10. It does support 4K 60fps video recording. Speaking of video recording, the Galaxy S20+ will support OIS and EIS, though HDR recording isn’t supported. The phone can additionally support 8K video recording @30fps.

A tweet from Ice Universe about the Samsung Galaxy S20+ camera specs says that the primary lens is a 12MP sensor, which is assisted by a 64MP sensor, another 12MP lens and a Time-of-Flight sensor. The Galaxy S20 (regular variant) has the same camera setup, but does not have the ToF lens. The Galaxy S20 Ultra on the other hand has a 108MP main camera, with a 48MP secondary lens, a 12MP snapper and a ToF sensor.
