The LG V40 ThinQ has officially been announced. And the phone indeed, has 5 cameras like the leaks suggested.
The LG V40 has triple rear cameras which comprise of a 16MP Super Wide angle lens which has an f/1.9 aperture, 1.0μm pixel size, 107° field-of-view, a 12MP Standard camera with an f/1.5 aperture, 1.4μm pixel size, a 78° FOV, and a 12MP Telephoto lens with an f/2.4 aperture, 1.0μm pixel size, and a 45° FOV.
The phone has dual selfie cameras with an 8MP Standard camera that has an f/1.9 aperture, a pixel size 1.12μm and 80° FOV, and a 5MP wide angle camera with an f/2.2 aperture, a 1.12μm pixel size and a 90° FOV.
The LG V40 ThinQ sports a 6.4-inch QHD+ OLED display which has an aspect ratio of 19:5:9, a screen resolution of 3120 x 1440 pixels, 538 PPI. The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor with 6GB of RAM, and has 64GB/128GB of internal storage. The phone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo, and is backed by a 3,300 mAh battery which supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 4.0 and Wireless Charging.
There is a 32-bit Hi-Fi Quad DAC on the phone for superior audio, which also supports DTS:X 3D surround sound. The LG V40 has a rear-placed fingerprint scanner. The device is IP68 rated for water and dust Resistance.
