Google Announces Nexus 4 with 8GB at $299 and 16GB at $349

Google has announced its nexus Phone through a blog post after the Android Event was cancelled due to the Sandy Hurricane. The latest nexus Phone is termed as Nexus 4 and is manufactured by LG in close collaboration with Google. It comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon(TM) S4 Pro quad-core processor with 2GB RAM, 4.7″ display, 1280 x 768 pixel resolution (320 ppi), WXGA IPS Corning Gorilla Glass 2 powered by Android Jelly Bean 4.2.

In terms of Camera, it comes with both front and rear Camera. The main(Back) Camera comes with 8 MP while the Front Camera is 1.3 MP. It comes with the ability to take 360° panoramas and shoot videos in full 1080p resolution.

It will be coming in two variants of 8GB and 16GB model. The unlocked versions of Nexus 4 will be available at 8GB for $299; 16GB for $349  and without a contract on 13th November on the Google Play store in the U.S., U.K., Australia, France, Germany, Spain and Canada.

With Android 4.2, many new features are coming along with this device some of which include Photo Sphere camera, A smarter keyboard, now with Gesture Typing, support for multiple users and  wireless display.  Full list of new features that are coming with Android 4.2 can be found here.
