ZOPO launches Flash X1 and X2 with 18:9 infinity bezel-less display starting at Rs. 6,999

Just a few months back, Infinity or FullView display smartphones were launched in the flagship category, but the scenario is changing quickly with even the budget smartphones have slowly started to use the full-screen bezel-less display. SOme of the entry-level budget devices till date include Micromax Canvas Infinity and LG Q6. Two new smartphones are launched by ZOPO today in India i.e. Flash X1 and Flash X2, which tries to bring the price point for infinity bezel-less smartphones much lower.

ZOPO Flash X1 and Flash X2, which are an extension of ZOPO’s Flash series will be available at a price of Rs.6,999 and Rs.8,999 respectively. These devices were globally launched at the grand platform of IFA 2017 in Berlin, last month. Both these devices feature 18:9 infinity bezel-less display with an 83% screen-to-body ratio.

Zopo Flash X1
In terms of hardware specifications, the Flash X1 under the hood sports a 5.5 inch HD IPS display, whereas Flash X2 features a 5.99” HD IPS display. Both the devices are powered by 64-bit MediaTek Quad-core MT6737T processor along with 2GB of DDR3 RAM & 16GB internal storage. Storage can be expanded up to 128GB via MicroSD card.Both the smartphones run on Android 7.0 Nougat based operating system.
Zopo Flash X2

In terms of camera, both the devices come with an 8MP main rear camera and another 5MP front shooter for selfies & video calls, along with features such as beauty mode, bokeh mode and soft light LED flash. Flash X1 is backed by a 2500 mAh battery while Flash X2 is powered by 3380mAh battery.

Both smartphones come with a fingerprint sensor at the rear, with a response time of 0.2 seconds. Connectivity options include dual-SIM, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n. Flash X1 and Flash X2 will be available in Coral blue, Alien black and Citrine gold colour options.Both the devices will be available in the upcoming month.
