Xiaomi’s upcoming budget flagship, the Pocophone aka the Poco F1 will be a Flipkart Exlusive. We know this because of a special page on the e-tailer’s website, which teases the launch of the Xiaomi Poco F1.

As you can see from the screenshot featured here, the page carries several lines which say “As fast as you…”.

Here is a picture of Xiaomi’s new Poco Twitter page, which also mentions the hashtag #MasterOfSpeed, which sounds similar to the Flipkart page.

Also worth noting is the fact that the Xiaomi Poco F1 Flipkart teaser features similar graphics to the phone brand’s yellow and black colour usage. In fact, the header on the Twitter page has the same light rays effect to highlight the speed of the Poco F1.

And we shouldn’t forget the note posted by Poco’s new head, Jai Mani, which talked about the speed factor. Do you see a pattern emerging here?

Fun fact, we think that Xiaomi Poco brand takes its yellow from the Kniphofia flower, which is also called Kniphofia Poco Yellow or Dwarf Red Hot Poker. Poco also means small, in Spanish. Makes sense?

Speaking of which, word around the internet is that Xiaomi intends to use the “Poco by Xiaomi” brand name in India, while the rest of the world will have the Pocophone branding.

Here’s a recap of the Xiaomi Poco F1 Technical Specifications
