Xiaomi Mi 3 will be on sale for one last time at Flipkart on January 26th

Mi India has announced that they will be selling the Xiaomi Mi 3 in India on January 26th.

Xiaomi broke the hearts of its Indian fans on August 27 2014, by announcing that they would discontinuing the sale of the Mi 3 in the Country.

And the phone returns for a one day sale, five months after being exiled, and just 2 days before the launch of the Xiaomi Mi 4 in India.

This one day sale will be your last chance to purchase an Mi3. But its not going to be an easy task. If you hated their flash sale, wait till you hear this.

The company has said that users will have to follow these steps to buy the phone:

• 1. First you will have to share a post on Facebook, and tag it with three friends.
• 2. Next, you will have to visit this promotional page, where the registration for the sale will open from 12 noon to 2 PM on January 26th. The sale will begin at 5 PM on the same day.
• 3. The phones will be automatically added to your cart, and you will have to complete the transaction at Flipkart.
• 4. The phones will be sold on a first come first serve basis.

Xiaomi hasn’t announced the exact number of devices, but mentioned that only a limited number of units available.

So, you have to follow some strict and absurd rules, for a slight chance of getting the phone. This move will draw flak, especially from Mi fans who do not use Facebook.
