Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra, Mi 11 Pro and Mi 11 Lite announced in China

Xiaomi has announced 3 new phones in the Mi 11 series. Say hello to the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra, Mi 11 Pro and the Mi 11 Lite.

The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G processor with an Adreno 660 GPU, 8GB/12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and 256GB/512GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

The phone features a 6.81-inches AMOLED 2K display with 120Hz Refresh Rate, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, 100% P3 Color gamut, 10-bit, MEMC, 5,000,000:1 Contrast ratio, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, 1700 nits brightness. The device is equipped with an in-display fingerprint scanner, and a 20MP selfie camera.

The Mi 11 Ultra runs on MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11, and is backed by a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 67W Fast Charging (Wired and Wireless), over a USB Type-C port. In the camera department, the phone has a 50MP Samsung GM2 sensor with an f/1.95 large aperture, a 48MP ultra-telephoto lens, with 120x digital zoo, 10x hybrid optical zoom, 5x optical zoom, a 48MP ultra-wide-angle lens with a 128° FOV, an f/2.2 aperture, Optical Image Stabilization, and an LED Flash.

The device has Dual Stereo Speakers, supports 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, Bluetooth 5.2 among other connectivity options. The Mi 11 Ultra is rated IP68 for Water and Dust Resistance.

Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro

The Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro has the same display, OS, CPU, memory, storage, battery, fingerprint scanner and the selfie camera, as the Ultra model. The main difference between the devices are the rear cameras, and while the Mi 11 Pro has the same primary sensor, it has a 13MP ultra-wide angle lens and an 8MP Telephoto Lens, with support for OIS, and an LED Flash.

Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite

The Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite sports a 6.55-inches Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz Refresh Rate. It runs on MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11, and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 780G with an Adreno 642 GPU, 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM, and 128GB/256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The phone has a 20MP selfie camera.

The Mi 11 Lite is backed by a 4,250 mAh battery that charges over a USB Type-C port, and supports 33W Fast Charging. The device is equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. In terms of optics, the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite features triple cameras with a 64MP f/1.79 primary lens, an 8MP ultra-wide angle f/2.2 lens, with an 119° FOV, a 2MP Macro sensor with an f/2.4 aperture and an LED Flash.

Xiaomi Mi 11 series price in China

The Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite price starts at RMB 2,299 for the 128GB storage option in China, while the 256GB version costs RMB 2,599. That’s about Rs. 25,000 and Rs 29,000 respectively.

The Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro price begins at RMB 4,999 for the 8GB/128GB variant, while the 8GB/256GB model has been priced at RMB 5,299. The high-end version with 12GB/256GB costs RMB 5,699. Converting those to Rupees, we get an approximate price of Rs. Rs 55,000, Rs. 58,000 and Rs 63,000.

The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra 8GB/256GB variant has been priced RMB 5,999, the 12GB/256GB version comes at RMB 6,499. The top-end model with 12GB/512GB is priced at RMB 6,999. Those prices are roughly around Rs 66,000, Rs 72,000 and Rs 77,000.
