Sony has unveiled the 10.1” 2K display, waterproof Xperia Z4 Tablet at Mobile World Congress. By Waterproof, Sony claims that Xperia M4 Aqua can withstand up to 1.5 m depth of fresh water for up to 30 minutes even with capless microUSB port.
The Xperia Z4 Tablet comes with a 10.1-inch 2560×1440 display running Android 5.0 Lollipop and is powered by a 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor. It is powered by a whopping 6000 mAh battery. In terms of storage, it comes with 32 GB of internal storage.
In terms of camera, it comes with an 8-megapixel rear camera along with 5.1-megapixel wide-angle front-facing shooter. The tablet is just 6.1 mm thick and comes with IP68 protection from water and dust.
Xperia Z4 Tablet will launch globally, in 4G LTE and Wi-Fi variants, from June 2015.
