Samsung has announced a new phone in its F-series, in China. The device is called the Samsung Galaxy F52 5G.
The phone sports a 6.6-inches Full HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It runs on One UI 3.1 based on Android 11, and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G octa-core processor clocked at 2.2GHz, with 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage and supports up to 1TB of additional storage via a microSD card slot (Hybdrid Dual SIM).
The Samsung Galaxy F52 5G is backed by a 4,500 mAh battery that charges over a USB Type-C port.
In the camera department, the phone has quad cameras with a 64MP primary lens, f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP ultra wide-angle lens with an f/2.2 aperture, a 2MP macro camera and a 2MP depth sensor both with an f/2.4 aperture, and an LED Flash. The hole-punch selfie lens is a 16MP camera with an f/2.2 aperture.
Connectivity-wise, the Samsung Galaxy F52 5G supports Hybrid Dual SIM cards, 5G and 4G VoLTE mobile networks, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac 2.4+5GHz, Bluetooth 5.0, and has a 3.5mm headphone jack. The device has an accelerometer sensor, a fingerprint reader, a gyroscope sensor, a geomagnetic sensor, a light sensor, and a proximity sensor. The phone measures 164.6 x 76.3 x 8.7 mm in size, and weighs at 199g.
