The Realme C2 was announced today, alongside the Realme 3 Pro. The budget phone brings some incredible features to the entry level segment.

The Realme C2 sports a 6.1-inch HD+ Dewdrop Notch display, and runs on ColorOS 6.0 which is based on Android 9.0 Pie. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 processor clocked at 2.0 GHz with 2GB/3GB of RAM.

In terms of storage the phone has 16GB/32GB of storage, with a dedicated microSD card that is part of a triple card tray. Speaking of which, the Dual SIM card slots on the Realme C2 support Dual VoLTE.

The phone doesn't have a fingerprint scanner, but does support AI Face Unlock using the 5MP selfie lens. Mobing on to the back panel, the Realme C2 is equipped with dual rear cameras with a 13MP and 2MP lens setup, with LED flash. The phone is backed by a 4000 mAh battery.

The device has a Diamond-cut design made using laser-cut technology, 3-layer painting and shining pearl particles for the reflecting effects, while still providing a smudge free experience. The phone will be available in two colours: Diamond Blue, Diamond Black.

The Realme C2 price in India starts at Rs. 5,999 for the 2GB RAM variant, while the 3GB version will retail for Rs. 7,999. The first sale of the phone will starts at 12 noon on May 15th at Flipkart and Realme online stores.
