Realme C1 with 6.2-inch Notch display, Snapdragon 450 launched for Rs. 6,999 in India

Moments after launching the Realme 2 Pro, the company stunned the crowd with another phone. This time, it was the budget friendly Realme C1.

The phone has a glass back, and sports a 6.2-inch HD+ notch display with an aspect ratio of 19:9, and runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with Color OS 5.1. The Realme C1 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor with 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal storage. The phone has a dedicated microSD card slot which supports up to 256GB of expandable memory, and separate Dual SIM card slots.

The selfie lens on the device is a 5MP camera which supports Face Unlock. The rear cameras on the Realme C1 comprise of 13MP and 2MP lenses with an LED Flash. The phone is backed by a 4320 mAh battery.

Though the phone lacks a fingerprint scanner, the device seems to pack quite a punch for the price. The technical specifications and the price of the Realme C1 make it unbeatable in the entry level range.

The Realme C1 has been priced at Rs. 6,999 in India. The company says this is an introductory price for the Diwali season. So, the price could go up after the festival season.

The Realme C1 will be available exclusively on Flipkart, from October 11th. The phone comes in 2 colours: Deep Black and Ocean Blue.
