The Oppo Reno3 and Reno3 Pro have been announced in China. A 5G variant of the device was also launched alongside the 4G phones.
Oppo Reno3
The Reno3 sports a 6.4 inches Full HD+ AMOLED display with a water-drop notch. The device also features an in-display fingerprint scanner.
The phone runs on ColorOS 7 based on Android 10.0, and is powered by MediaTek’s new Dimensity 1000L octa-core processor. The Oppo Reno3 comes with 8GB/12GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage. It is backed by a 4025mAh battery that supports VOOC Flash Charge 4.0 over a USB Type-C port.
The Oppo Reno 3 is equipped with quad cameras comprising a 64MP primary lens, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera with a 116° field-of-view, f/2.2 aperture, a 2MP macro lens, a 2MP monochrome lens with an f/2.4 aperture and an LED flash. The selfie lens on the phone is a 32MP snapper with an f/2.4 aperture, and supports Face Unlock.

Oppo Reno3 Pro
The Oppo Reno3 Pro is drastically different from the regular model, as it has a 6.5 inches Full HD+ curved AMOLED display with an in-display fingerprint scanner and a water drop notch. The panel is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5, is TÜV Low Blue Light Certified and supports 5000000: 1 contrast ratio, 402 PPI, 97% NTSC Color gamut, DCI-P3, 500nit Brightness.
It runs on ColorOS 7 based on Android 10.0, is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor with an Adreno 620, and 8GB/12GB of RAM. The phone will be available in 2 variants with 128GB/256GB of UFS 2.1 storage.
The Reno3 Pro does not have a 3.5mm headphone jack, and relies on the USB Type-C port for the audio. It does support VOOC Flash Charge 4.0 for repleneshing the 4025mAh battery.
The selfie lens on the phone is the same as the regular version. But the quad camera on the Reno3 Pro consists of a 48MP primary lens with a Sony IMX586 sensor, an f/2.4 aperture, assisted by a 13MP telephoto lens with an f/2.4 aperture, 44.5° field-of-view, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera with an f/2.2 aperture, 116° wide angle and a 2MP black and white style camera with an f/2.4 aperture.
The cameras support 5x hybrid optical zoom and Super image stabilization mode which is basically a combination of optical image stabilization and electronic image stabilization. It also supports phase focus, contrast focus + Dual LED Flash

The Reno3 has been priced at RMB 3,399 (about Rs.33,999) for the 8GB/128GB variant while the 12GB/128GB model costs RMB 3,699 (about Rs.36,999).
The Oppo Reno3 Pro price starts at RMB 3,999 (about Rs.40,999) for the 8GB/128GB variant. The 12GB/256GB version costs RMB 4,499 (about Rs.44,999). The Oppo Reno3 Pro 5G edition with 8GB/128GB costs RMB 4,199 (about Rs.41,999).
