Oppo is expected to make Oppo R9S official very soon, thanks to number of leaks flowing in and TV commercial & advertisement billboards coming in China indicating an imminent launch. Today the company is teasing the R9S officially through its Weibo handle with an image showing a big “S” and a tagline below which says “Share The Moment”. The new teaser though avoids announcing the official launch date, though earlier rumors have indicated that company will be launching it on 19th October.
Oppo R9S is expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage. In terms of camera, it features a 16 MP front shooter for selfies with f/1.7 aperture and is backed by a 3010 mAh battery along with support for VOOC flash charge. With R9S, Oppo is putting more emphasis on its proposed 16 MP selfie camera and the super VOOC charging technology.
