After loads of rumours and leaks, we finally have the official launch date of OnePlus 6T and mysteriously its two weeks delayed from the earlier confirmation date of Oct 17. OnePlus 6T is now set to officially launch on 30th October with launch events scheduled for New York and New Delhi at the same time i.e. 11 AM EDT or 8:30 PM IST. What caused this delay of two weeks from the earlier confirmed date, we got no clue. Also, We are not sure at the moment if OnePlus is launching simultaneously in any other country, but we will keep you updated.

OnePlus 6T 30oct Official launchOnePlus 6T is already listed on Amazon India for pre-order and the listing also suggested the same launch date of October 30 which is now confirmed officially. The company already has a live landing page on the official site which provides details about the launch event including an option to buy a ticket for the launch event which means that if you are a fan, you can buy the ticket for the event and attend the launch event. The ticket for the London event costs 16 Euro at the moment and is available in stock while the sale for the ticket for New Delhi event will start from 10 AM IST on Oct 17.

OnePlus 6T Specifications (Rumored till date)

OnePlus 6T is rumoured to feature a 6.41 inches OLED panel with a water drop display with a Full HD+ screen resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. The flagship device comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor along with two variants of RAM i.e. 6GB and 8GB. Along with RAM variants, we can expect three storage variants of 64GB / 128GB & 256GB, but we are not so sure.

It is rumoured to be backed by a 3,700 mAh battery, which is about 400mAh higher than the OnePlus 6, an excuse which OnePlus used to ditch the headphone jack.  In terms of camera, it is expected to feature a 16MP + 20MP dual-camera module on the rear panel similar to that of its predecessor OnePlus 6. The company has indicated that waterproofing capability similar to its predecessor.

OnePlus 6T Pricing

At the moment, we are not sure about the pricing details but rumours suggest a higher pricing compared to its earlier variant. A recent rumour indicates that a Porsche edition of OnePlus 6T may also be in works which obviously will be priced higher in our opinion.

Edit: Post was updated to correct London to New York
