Nokia has updated its HERE Maps application for Android which adds turn-by-turn guidance for four more Countries.
Algeria, Cyprus, Zimbabwe, and Mayotte users can use the app with voice guided navigation which will help you on your journey, with every turn.
Additionally Nokia has made some improvements in the way the app handles downloading of maps and the SD card behavior.
If you haven’t already, download Nokia HERE Maps for free from Google Play. It is a superb alternative to Google Maps, in that you can use HERE for offline navigation.

Nokia has named the version oddly at 1.1 for all their recent builds. The current version of the app is HERE 1.1 Build 423 (1.1.423 wk11).
You can check by navigating the the about section in the apps (Menu>About).
