Yesterday, we reported that the Nokia G60 5G could be launched soon in India. The phone has officially been announced in the Country.
The 5G device is powered an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor with 4GB of RAM, and an Adreno 619 GPU. It has 128GB of storage, and runs on Android 12 out of the box. The company has promised to support the Nokia G60 5G with three OS upgrades, so it should get Android 13, 14 and 15.
The Nokia G60 5G sports a 6.58-inches Full HD+ LCD screen with a resolution of 2408 x 1080 pixels, a 20:9 Aspect ratio, 120Hz refresh rate, 500 nits brightness, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
The mid-range mobile has an 8MP, f/2.0 aperture selfie lens on the front. The triple camera set up on the rear consists of a 50 megapixels primary lens that has an f/1.8 aperture, a 5MP Ultra wide-angle lens with an f/2.0 aperture, and a 2MP Depth Sensor with an f/2.4 lens. The Nokia G60 5G packs a 4,500 mAh battery that charges via a USB Type-C port, and supports 20W fast charging.
The device houses a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm headphone jack. Connectivity options on the phone include 5G, 4G LTE, eSIM, NFC, Wi-Fi dual-band, Bluetooth 5.1, etc. The phone weighs 190g and measures 165.99x 75.93 x 8.61 mm. Sensors on the smartphone include an Accelerometer (G-sensor), an Ambient light sensor, an e-Compass, a Gyroscope, and a Proximity sensor.

Nokia G60 5G price in India
HMD Global has priced the Nokia G60 5G at Rs. 29,999 in India. The phone is available for pre-order at the Nokia online store. Buyers who pre-order the device before November 7th will get a Nokia Power Earbuds Lite worth ₹3,599 free. The smartphone will be available for purchase from November 8th. The phone comes in 2 colours: Black, and Ice.
