Motorola has updated it’s camera app on Google Play to version 5.0.11.7.
The new version, brings some bug fixes, but Motorola has not mentioned what they are, which is a terrible idea for any change log.
The app has a new icon now, as seen above.
And Here is the old icon found in the version prior to this update (Motorola Camera 4.0.7.6)

The new icon looks terribly dull, and there appears to be a slight shutter lag, as the latest version of the app takes a couple of seconds to capture a photo.
You can update Motorola Camera from the Google Play Store app on your Moto devices. That was pretty obvious.
