Lenovo has just announced Motorola Moto G5 Plus in India available exclusively via Flipkart only. The company though has skipped announcing Moto G5 though confirmed that it is coming soon to India. Both these devices were announced during the Mobile World Congress few weeks back. Two variants of Moto G5 Plus are announced in India i.e. a 16 GB Storage + 3 GB RAM and another 4 GB RAM + 32 GB storage variant.
Moto G5 Plus comes with metal body design which is a major departure from earlier plastic builds. Under the hood, it sports a 5.2 inch 1080p Full HD display with Corning Gorilla glass 3 protection and is powered by 2.0 GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 processor along with 3 GB / 4 GB RAM. It comes with 16 GB / 32 GB storage and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat based operating system with Google Assistant available after first update. It includes support for expandable storage via microsd card.
In terms of camera, it comes with 12 MP main rear camera with Sony IMX362 sensor, dual-tone LED flash, Dual-Pixel Autofocus, , f/1.7 aperture, 4K video recording support and another 5 MP front-shooter with OmniVision OV5695 sensor, f/2.2 aperture. It weighs 155 grams and is backed by a 3,000 mAh battery along with support for turbo charging. Other features include Dual SIM support, NFC support, Water repellent nano-coating, Fingerprint sensor and Front-ported loudspeaker.
